These terms apply to your use of the hzindustries.co.uk website ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our privacy and cookie policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Who we are

2. Using the site
The site is free to use and provides information about Hz Industries and our games. You agree not to:

- try to get unauthorised access to the site, our servers or our live-stats service, or interfere with how they work, for example by attacking, overloading or automatically scraping them;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code; or
- pretend to be Hz Industries or suggest that we endorse you when we don't.
If you think you've found a security problem, please email us rather than testing it further.
3. Live game statistics
The player numbers on the site come from Roblox's public data and update automatically. They're provided for general interest only. They may be delayed, approximate or temporarily unavailable. When the live feed is offline, the site shows saved figures and labels them with the date they were recorded.
4. Our games, Roblox and purchases
Our games, including HOOD WAR, are played on Roblox. Using Roblox, and anything you buy inside our games, is covered by Roblox's own Terms of Use and policies. That includes payments, Robux and refunds. We don't sell anything on this site, and we never ask for payment details here. Hz Industries is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
5. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, logo and game content on the site belong to Hz Industries or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission. The fonts are Inter and Inter Display, used under the SIL Open Font License.
6. Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, such as Roblox. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and policies apply.
7. Availability and changes to the site
We aim to keep the site running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time.
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer aren't affected.
The site is provided free of charge and for information only. If you use it as a consumer, we're responsible only for loss or damage that was a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for business losses. If you use the site for business purposes, we're not liable for any loss of profit, sales, business, revenue, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check them each time you use the site.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be decided by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, these terms don't take away any protections you have under the law where you live.
